On September 8, 2024, Mr. Moses Amiebenomo, CEO of Sagesse De Dieu Ltd, widely known as the “celebrity carpenter,” was conferred the prestigious traditional title of Garkuwan Matasa (Defender of the Youth) by the Filin Dabo community in Dei-Dei, Abuja. The event, which coincided with his birthday, highlighted his unwavering dedication to community development and support for the less privileged.

In celebration of the honor, Mr. Amiebenomo distributed food items to widows and people living with disabilities, reinforcing his commitment to social responsibility. Friends, family, and the entire Filin Dabo community accompanied him during the turbaning ceremony, marking a memorable occasion for all present.
Mr. Amiebenomo’s impact extends beyond the local community. He established Africa’s first College of Traditional Carpentry, offering free mentorship to countless young individuals, especially those passionate about carpentry but lacking financial resources. His influence as a serial entrepreneur and business merchant has been felt in both government agencies and prominent private organizations, where he has completed high-quality projects.
Following the turbaning, a lavish reception was held at his private residence, bringing together loved ones and well-wishers to celebrate this milestone achievement.
